MARKETING

Understanding the power of marketing is vital for the success of any business. As a child, I often wondered why companies invested so much in advertising. However, when I launched Valabasas, I realized that marketing is essential for spreading awareness about your brand and connecting with customers. In the early stages of developing your brand, I suggest utilizing platforms like Facebook and Instagram. As your brand expands, it's crucial to collaborate with professional marketers who can elevate your online presence significantly.

When recruiting a marketing team, ensure they comprehend your brand's vision and values. An adept marketer will create ads that engage your target audience and bring them closer to your brand. As an entrepreneur, it's imperative to familiarize yourself with marketing terminology and understand your metrics. For example, if you spend $100 on ads and only receive $50 in return, something isn't right. Conversely, if your return on ad spend (ROAS) is 5+, you're achieving a 5x return on your investment, and you should consider increasing your budget.

Bear in mind that social media platforms' algorithms for targeting ads require time to acclimate to your website. As a result, it's vital to begin with a modest budget and gradually increase it as you observe a positive ROAS. Avoid hastily jumping from $100 to $1,000 in ad spend. Instead, concentrate on incremental growth and continue learning about the latest marketing trends and best practices. Effective marketing is the key to boosting your online sales and propelling your brand to new heights.
