Horrible customer service

I accidentally purchased 2 pair of the same jeans and same size…. I realized it the minute my card was charged and emailed the company right away they never responded back…. When the package arrived I only received 1 pair of jeans I emailed them again letting them know that I was charged for 2 and didn’t receive the other pair… I never received an email back from the company…. It’s frustrating when the only form of contact you have is email, but don’t even respond to any of them…. I need my money back or the other pair of jeans I was charged for.
