It was a bit frustrating as I didn’t receive one item and I asked for an exchange and was never given a response. On the policy it stated about refunds not exchanges. And considering I did not receive one of the items, I thought I could at least switch it out to something my daughter could wear. The items are nice but most likely won’t be ordering again .
