Fits small/Cannot exchange for larger size

I was excited to order from Valabasas after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience has been terrible. I purchased a pair of pants for my boyfriend for Christmas, but the fit was far too small. I have contacted Valabasas at least four times—via email, an exchange request, and Instagram—in hopes of processing an exchange. However, each time, my request for an exchange for a larger size has either been denied or I’ve received no response at all. Im not even asking for a refund, just a different size.

Given how expensive this brand is, it's VERY unreasonable to refuse an exchange for a size that actually fits. I believe this is poor business practice, especially in the apparel industry. During the holiday season, it’s common to need exchanges or returns for items that are gifts. If you are unwilling to accommodate this, then maybe your business model needs to be reconsidered.

If could give zero stars I would.

Picked these up and was visually impressed. Definitely a must have!

When I first saw this pair of flare flame jeans, I knew I could not resist. Great quality, cool side pockets for your phones too.
You may need to ask them if they can customize the length of them, but I think that's the point of them.
