I ordered two pants from the website. Immediately after unboxing, I noticed some issues. One pair of pants had stains and bleach spots all over them; So I thought, let me exchange them, no problem. I was wrong.
I went to wash the second pair of burgundy pants, and once the cycle was done, I opened the washing machine and all my clothes had been turned red!! Not slightly red.. a dark, bloody red. Hundreds of dollars worth of clothes I had recently bought were ruined! The cheap dye that they use even ruined the burgundy pants itself.
I reached out via email to try and figure out the situation, but received no response over the span of two weeks. The only person I was able to reach was through Instagram dm; and that person just read/opened my message without replying.
I’m upset because this company sells their clothes at a high price, yet both products that I ordered were defective.
So yeah, save yourself from this catastrophic experience and do not buy. Poor quality, expensive, and poor customer service.
