This company does not stand by their products and does not value their customers. I bought a full priced item and was fine with paying full price. A valabasas employee reached out to me to offer me a promo code but never once mentioned that it would invalidate any chance of return. After buying the item with the promo code, I wanted to return one of the items in the order upon receiving the package and when I submitted a return, the valabasas team had the audacity to refuse my return because the item was not full price. The only reason it wasn’t full price was the promo code the valabasas employee was eager to give me. They do this (give their customers cheap promo codes) so they can falsely validate not accepting returns. This shows very clearly that they don’t stand behind their products and are desperately trying to get rid of inventory. Any established company like Amiri, purple jeans, Ralph Lauren etc all accept returns but Valabasas is showing they can’t stand behind their products like those companies. I tried reaching out via email, Instagram, etc and was given the run around. All for an 88$ pair of jeans. Thats terrible business practice. You guys don’t need to scam your customers to be successful. You don’t need to provide cheap promo codes to scam people into having to keep your clothes. Any reputable company will accept a return but that’s because they actually have a respectable business model, not a deceitful one. I would never recommend this company.
