Didn’t received the package

And now they’re saying it’s on UPS which UPS is blaming them. They’re telling me to contact the sender while the sender is telling me to contact UPS and I spent $200 for nothing waited for my package for almost a month. Just a big inconvenience all the way around they’re not trying to give me my money when they know they’re wrong. I had to buy my son the pants all over again because it was a present for my son‘s birthday, which is December 15 and I ordered the stuff Black Friday. And still never received anything.
