Never received my order!!!

Place my order order it got canceled. Placed an order for another item because the other one was sold out then it took almost 2 weeks to ship out then as I’m waiting on it it says it was delivered but but nothing ever got delivered to my address when I call to tell him about the issue their system essentially hangs up on me so I have been calling every day for the past week all the way up until Christmas Eve and today I get an email telling me to give a review
