Highly Upset
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

The jeans are simply ok. The sizing difference between a 34 and 32 is insane. 32 was a bit too small and 34 was a bit too big. 33 would have been perfect. Moreover the customer service (or lack thereof) is absolutely HORRIBLE at this company. This was my first experience purchasing from them, and I will never purchase from them again. I ordered 2 pairs of size 32 jeans (one being the Enigma shown here). At checkout I was presented with the option of phone or email as my contact. I chose phone to avoid any unnecessary spam in my inbox. After receiving my order, I went to return/exchange the size 32 for a size 34, however after entering my email and order number (V371169) on the returns website (https://valabasasdenim.returnscenter.com/) it told me order not found and I was unable to proceed. I emailed customer service at [****] AND send a message via their message portal AND send a chat message explaining my situation, with hopes that a competent individual would be able to assistance me with a return shipping label and/or return instructions as my order was not found using their returns website link. All of my attempts to receive help were met with the SAME EXACT template with return instructions to visit the site that could not find my order to begin with. It was as if my message was not even read, or someone with a lack of care or compassion read it and simply did not want to help me resolve this issue. I followed up multiple times in all channels to simply be ignored. I addressed the issue with much care and respect, simply to be totally ignored, given no help, and to be stuck with 2 pair of mediocre jeans that do not fit, and I cannot return or exchange due to a bug in their process (you cannot return or exchange if you use phone as contact at checkout, smh). Probably the worst customer care I have ever experienced in my entire life. They simply do not care.
