At Valabasas, we are committed to fast and efficient order processing.

  • Orders placed by 4:30 PM CST (Monday – Saturday) will be processed the same day (packed and prepared for the next step).

  • If we do not process your order the same day, your order is FREE, and we will refund your money.

This guarantee applies only to order processing, not to shipping or delivery times.

Exclusions & Limitations

This guarantee does not apply if:

1. Order Issues & Customer Errors

  • Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses – If the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or flagged as undeliverable, processing may be delayed, and the guarantee will not apply.

  • Payment Verification Delays – Orders that require fraud checks, billing verification, or manual payment approval are not eligible.

  • Customer-Initiated Changes – If you request changes to your order (size, color, quantity, address, etc.) after it has been placed, the processing timeline resets.

  • Severe Weather Conditions – Delays caused by extreme weather events void the guarantee.

2. Business Exceptions

  • Sundays & Holidays – Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
