Horrible First Time Buying Experience

My waist size is a 30.5 and all my jeans are sized 30. i thought 32 would be too big for me but I was shocked that these were too tight for me. They barely pulled up past my thigh. All I needed was an exchange but because this is a sale item i cannot get that, a refund or even a store credit. This is unfair to me when I didn’t know how small these pants ran. I doubt I’ll ever buy from here again.

Return process for these are horrible.

I’ve never had to return anything from this site before but all of my emails about how to actually return them without being given a return label have gone unanswered. If this is how unorganized and underprepared they are then I can’t see me wanting to spend my money with Valabasas ever again. The product looks nice and seems to be of quality but the business side of things have made this purchase a disaster.
