Hello I’ve been ordering from valabasas consistently, my last recent order was a big order, I had an event for work, I planned on wearing an item that I ordered, Thanks to Valabasas, I’m missing two items from my order.. Yes valabasas sent me my package, with two items missing from order. I did not receive any updates about the products I paid for not coming with my order, I contacted valabas, after waiting I was refunded one of the items which I didn’t want to do because I paid for it and planned on wearing it, the other missing item I still have not gotten any updates I’ve been reaching out to Valabasas I haven’t gotten any feedback about my missing item, So with that being said spending a lot of money with valabas for them to not fulfill what you paid for is not good businesses. I will not be ordering from valabasas again. Service Needs improvement
