Disappointed

I purchased several items during the week of Thanksgiving. This was my second time purchasing from the site. When my items arrived, the first week of December, I noticed one item was out of stock and the invoice stated my item was refunded. It is now, going on the third week of purchasing my item and no one has emailed me about my refund. I have sent a few emails, one email was responded to a week later stating this issue is normally sent to fed ex, I was o confused because the item never was filled in my order from the warehouse so how would fed ex assist me. I attached the invoice, that stated the item was refunded, to an email and no one has emailed me back yet. This is very frustrating, and disappointing, no communication from anyone seems like they have a lack of concern in their operational part of their business.
