I never received the pants. Investigation with UPS. They only care about the package being delivered. They don't care that one pair of jeans was missing out of the bag. UPS doesn't care that the bag was partially open and wrapped with tape. Valabasas hasn't issued a refund or credit for jeans that I never received.
