Valabasas Shipping Protection

i dont know what this product is actully like because i never got my package and when i tried to get a reshipement of the product valabasa wouldnt honor the policy

Well I like the clothes they make but I was kind of disappointed that a couple of items I ordered didn’t come I didn’t know until I received my order and they wasn’t in there I just wished the site was more up to date on what’s being sold online versus what’s in inventory.. because I purchased shirts to go with certain jeans and purchased certain jeans to go with certain shirts now I’m stuck with one without the other because I don’t want to go threw the hassle of sending nothing back and all that extra stuff .. because they only communicate threw email. They respond back and all but it’s hard to communicate threw email when you work 6 days a week and I don’t have time to type constantly my plate is full I don’t know if I will order again because I don’t want to deal with that entire process .. I feel like if something is out of stock it should be updated immediately not when someone receive they order and you should compensate a customer for that don’t force nobody to just take whatever you send them any other website I order from I’ve never experienced that at all .. I just don’t appreciate that type of business I feel like that’s very unprofessional. Also I was refunded the item price not the tax or the shipping just the items price .. just disrespectful completely customer service is wayyy more important.. I’m spending my hard earned money I dont want to feel unappreciated or like I’ve been robbed
