Return & Exchange Policy
At Valabasas, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot offer cash refunds, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for store credit within 20 calendar days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags attached, unaltered, and free of any odor. No exceptions will be made.

Refunds are issued as store credit only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items marked as Clearance, Final Sale, Sale, or undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.
We recommend insuring packages when returning items, especially high-value products, as you are responsible for shipping them back to us. Valabasas is not liable for packages that do not arrive at our warehouse.
To ensure a smooth process, we encourage you to ship items back promptly since replacement availability cannot be guaranteed.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email update. Store credit or exchanges typically take 10â15 business days to process.

If we do not process your order before 4:30 PM CST, you will automatically receive a refund, and we will still ship your items to you at no cost.
This policy applies only to domestic orders and does not cover issues outside of our control, such as weather, shipping delays, Peak Seasons or other unforeseen circumstances.
