Sketch to Schedule: BTS of Launch Planning

After four intense days of planning what’s ahead for the next month, we finally reach one of the most exciting parts of the process: opening up the product for review.

This is the moment where vision meets reality. The sketches we once brainstormed over zoom calls and WhatsApp threads, now sit in front of us as physical samples. After countless rounds of revisions, adjustments, and back and forth feedback, we’re holding the final product in our hands. Every detail has been fine tuned. Every decision, from material to finish, has been considered. This is where creative direction, production logistics, and teamwork all come together.

With the product finalized, it’s time to shift our focus: THE LAUNCH

When will this go live?

Timing is everything. We look at our calendar, factor in marketing pushes, content rollouts, and campaign themes. What day works for everyone. What day makes the most impact? What aligns best with the bigger story we’re telling this month?

This part of the process is where art meets execution, its what brings our ideas to the world. It’s more than just putting something out there; it’s about telling the story right, at the right time.
