Sent wrong pants

I got pants they looked the same but instead of them being flared at the bottom they were tapered. not what I wanted I purchased them for a birthday outfit ruined everything had to send them back on my own dime no return label was sent to me. The hoodie I ordered was fire though. I’m sure this doesn’t represent them as a brand things happen just wish they would compensate or give credits when they mess up.
