Poor Customer Service

I purchased several items valuing over 700 dollars from Valabasas over the holidays. They all were a size 32. I previously bought size 32’s from them that fit fine. These items I purchased all were smaller this time in the same size 32. I contacted Valabasas to attempt to exchange the items, but they denied my return leaving me stuck with multiple items that I couldn’t fit. This is the 2nd time I’ve been denied exchanging items that didn’t fit me. Poor customer service especially considering they don’t have a physical store. I’ll never buy from them again!

These really have to been seen in person to appreciate the artistry and construction. As usual the fit is standardized so I always can get the same size. Really great buy!
