Very Dissatisfied with NON-Customer Service

I find it ridiculous that there's no way to get in contact with anyone when I need to exchange my item. I accidentally order the wrong size for a pair of jeans. I've emailed twice to get the jeans exchanged and haven't heard back from anyone. Yet, I continue to get emails about everything else. I paid too much for these jeans that were a gift to just be stuck with them.
