"Our First Visit to China: An Unforgettable Journey into the Heart of the Orient"

Posted by Valabasas Manager on

In the summer of 2019, my brother and I embarked on an adventure of a lifetime. We were granted visas to travel to China and explore the endless opportunities it presented. From the moment we arrived, we were both in awe of the country, its people, and its culture.

As we visited different factories to create our brand, we quickly realized that the name we had originally chosen, 9 Fifty 7, didn't quite fit our vision. Together, we spent countless hours brainstorming, trying to come up with a name that had a personal connection to us and flowed beautifully.

It was during one of these brainstorming sessions that we came up with the idea for Valabasas. We wanted a name that represented our family and our bond as brothers. After much consideration and research, we decided on the name, and it felt like the perfect fit.

Throughout our journey, we faced many challenges, but we never gave up. We encountered some setbacks with the factories we found, but we refused to be discouraged. With our determination and teamwork, we kept pushing forward until we finally found a factory that shared our passion for fashion and the art of designing jeans.

Now, as we continue to grow our brand, we are reminded of the importance of finding the right partners and collaborators. It's not just about the product, it's about the people behind it. We will always be grateful for the experience we had in China, and the journey we took together as brothers to build Valabasas.
