Pants run small , size up.

I ordered a size 34, which is my normal sizing in pants. Once I received the pants immediately sent them back next day. With the online process you inform them if you want an exchange or refund. If you want an exchange you choose the correct sizing. I also took the initiative to email and place a paper in the packaging to ensure correct size will be sent. Why would these people send me a size 28????????? Mind you today is the 17th or March and my trip is the 20th. Although their shipping process is very fast, I am still left with no pants and inconvenience . Hardly no communication to rectify the situation either. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ‼️‼️‼️
