JACKET IS MASSSSIVE - BAD SIZING

I ordered an XL, the jacket is literally a 3XL at its smallest. I've emailed them 4 times to see if I can please swap and they won't even respond to my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE

The clothes I buy from valabasas is not true to size. The clothes are always bigger which forces me to go down a size for a more comfortable fit. The jacket seems two size bigger so that a little unfortunate. Love the jacket though just not happen with how the medium fit
