I asked to send back my XL for a large and they told me no.

On a technical level this is perfect, there’s absolutely nothing wrong everything is beautiful even down to the little quote on the inside! I just bought a L which was obviously to big but with only the L and XL available decided to settle for it and well it’s definitely a L. I thought the pink satin would too cold but it warms up fast and keeps it that way.

The coat totally exceeded my expectations!! I absolutely Love it 💓
