Still haven’t received one of my orders

I brought two pairs of shorts for my son and nephew… my son’s shorts were too tight I then inquired about exchange they gave me information to send the shorts back. Now they telling me that it going to take 10-15 days to get the exchange, which was not told to me when I was getting information about the exchange or I would have just kept the shorts. Now I may have to order from a different site to get the shorts in time for the concert…. This is not a good experience for me.
