The vision bright canvas line are all neck breakers, quality material that’s easy to maintain clean, they look like luxury tbh I have a few pairs and wear em everyday. Must have in your collection in my opinion. From packaging to shoe they exceeded my expectations. Plan on grabbing them all.

I never received my shoes they opened a investigation and never followed through this is a very unprofessional business dropped my shoes off at the wrong door and has yet to compensate me for them

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that we did receive communication from you regarding this concern, and a UPS claim was filed on your behalf.
According to UPS tracking and the information provided by their claims department, the investigation was canceled due to the package being enrolled in UPS My Choice on 6/19. When a receiver enrolls a package in My Choice and makes any changes to the delivery options or location, UPS removes the eligibility for a claim.
As we informed you in our email on 7/3/2026:
“We have contacted UPS on your behalf regarding the canceled claim. UPS confirmed that on 6/19 the package was enrolled under My Choice by the receiver. By enrolling in My Choice, it removes the eligibility of a claim. You are welcome to contact UPS for further information.”
The cancellation of the claim was solely at the discretion of UPS’s claims department.
Additionally, we provided our Shipping Liability Policy, which states:
“While we take great care in packaging and securing your order, Valabasas is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred during transit. Once the package is handed over to the respective courier, the responsibility for its safe delivery rests with them. In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve the issue.”
We understand how frustrating this situation is, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. However, due to UPS’s final determination and the My Choice enrollment, we are unable to compensate for the package.
