It is our goal to provide you with the best customer service. Due to limitations from our partners we have to follow certain rules related to product returns.
We accept items for exchange only within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. When exchanging, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Items without any Return Authorization will be refused at our warehouse.
Items exchanged must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Clearance, Final Sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges.
Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on high-end items. Exchange items sent back to you will be at an additional shipping charge. Credit card used to purchase exchanged item will be used. Please notify us if you prefer to use another credit card.
Valabasas will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for.
Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the exchange has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.
