The shipping what entirely too long and all their stuff runs different so I had to order more than one

Here is why they're getting 3 stars. During their black friday sale they did some sketchy business. I've ordered many jackets and clothes from them and it's always an XL. I ordered the same sizes for their sale and received jackets that were extremely small. They weren't xl at all. I feel that they were trying to get rid of old inventory and switched size tags on hard to get rid of sizes. They have a no exchange, return or refund policy for the black friday sale. I still submitted an exchange request and got denied because of the sale. However, I love the quality of their products and usually am satisfied. I just feel jipped from the sale and will not order from yall when you have a no exchange policy, which is unfortunate for me
