I bought shoes in my exact size, but they turned out to be too big. I reached out to customer service to request an exchange, but I was told that items can only be exchanged in-store — even though this information is nowhere to be found on their website!
There were no warnings about these restrictions when making the online purchase. I consider this practice dishonest and misleading to customers. If I had known in advance about these hidden conditions, I never would have bought anything from this brand. I will not be dealing with them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

To clarify we are an online company and we do not have a store front, which means we do not have a store for customers to visit. In our email communication I provided you with the link to our return center that is found on the store website. The return center allows customers to register their items for approval if the item is eligible for return. If approved by the return center, you have two options: Store credit or exchange. I just received my shoes and I love them, and they’re surprisingly comfortable without having to break them in. I like how they were packaged as well. I have a few pairs of long jeans and the platform on these loafers allows me to wear my jeans without them touching the floor.
